Dräger Pac® 3500
Fast and reliable, accurate and maintenance-free for up to 2 years: Dräger Pac 3500 is ideal for the industrial personal monitoring of carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide or oxygen.
Compact and robust
The Dräger Pac 3500 is light-weight and compact, offering excellent wear comfort. The stable, rotatable crocodile clip allows it to be securely and safely attached to clothing or belts. The device features a shock-proof, chemical-resistant rubber coating and meets the requirements of IP 68. It is, therefore, very suitable for rough working environments.
Safety in any situation
The Dräger Pac 3500 is equipped with the Dräger XXS sensor. It has been carefully positioned to allow gas intake from both the top and the front of the device. Even if a gas inlet is accidentally been covered, a continuous measurement is guaranteed.
Event logger
The Dräger Pac 3500 can store up to 60 events, along with their dates and times. An infrared interface allows them to be loaded onto the PC, where they can then be used for further analysis.
Fast and robust DrägerSensor®
The Dräger XXS sensors boast extremely fast reaction times, thus offering greater safety. The robust sensors can also be used in extreme environmental conditions without triggering a false alarm. The XXS sensors also offer a long functional life of in excess of 4 years including the Oxygen sensor.
Large, language-free display
The large, language-free display continuously shows the gas concentration and simultaneously displays the corresponding measurement unit. The background light ensures that these values can be clearly read even in the dark.
Triple alarm
With the Dräger Pac 3500, no alarm goes unnoticed: alongside a clearly audible, multitone signal and a visual alarm in the form of a bright, flashing 360-degree LED on the top and bottom of the device, it is also equipped with a vibrating alarm.
Bump and function test
The recommended function tests, which are to be performed regularly with a certain gas concentration, ensure that the device always works flawlessly. Using the Dräger Bump Test Station, these tests can be performed within a matter of seconds.
Dräger Pac® 7000
Safety in the workplace always takes top priority. The Dräger Pac 7000 provides a reliable warning against dangerous concentrations of 12 different gases depending on the sensor selection. Another unique option to the device is its five-year warranty for the H2S, O2 and CO versions.
Benefits
Warns Against Hazardous Gas Concentrations
The device reliably warns against hazardous concentrations of the following: carbon monoxide, hydrogen sulphide, oxygen, carbon dioxide, sulphur dioxide, chlorine, hydrogen cyanide, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, nitrogen monoxide, phosphine and organic vapors.
Simple Calibration and Configuration
The bump test mode, sensitivity calibration and fresh air calibration can all be utilized through secure password-protected technology. The device is equipped with an infrared interface and can be connected to a PC to activate the desired functions or download stored data.
Innovative Miniature Sensors
The innovative Dräger XXS sensors react at lightning speed and produce flawless measurement, even when the gas entry has accidentally been covered. The device’s short diffusion paths in addition to the sensors’ rapid electrochemical reactions ensure that any gas-related dangers are displayed as soon as they occur. For maximum safety, the sensor is positioned inside the housing to allow gas to reach it from the top and front.
Optional Five-Year Guarantee
As a unique service, Dräger offers an optional five-year warranty for the hydrogen sulphide, oxygen and carbon monoxide monitors.
Robust and Long Lasting
The protective rubber on the Dräger Pac 7000 ensures that its casing is shock-proof and meets the strict dust and water protection requirements specified in IP68. Also, the electromagnetic resistance has been optimized and Dräger designed the device for unlimited lifetime usage.
Fast Bump Tests with the Dräger Bump Test Station
The device is inserted into the Dräger Bump Test Station and in a matter of seconds it performs an automatic function test with a known gas concentration. The display also informs the user if the bump test was successful. If the test is not performed within a certain time frame, the device can be set-up to deactivate itself.
Triple Alarm for Extra Safety
The Dräger Pac 7000 immediately issues an audible, visual and vibrating alarm when the adjustable alarm thresholds are exceeded or values fall below the configured oxygen concentration. In addition, the device is also equipped with adjustable TWA and STEL alarms. The user is also warned when the battery is low or a functional error has occurred.
RKI Gas Watch
The GasWatch 2 is the first single-gas monitor that can be comfortably worn on the wrist like a watch. The GasWatch 2 is a convenient, inexpensive, hands-free method of gas monitoring for personal protection of oxygen deficiency, carbon monoxide or hydrogen sulfide. The built in vibrator, audible, and visual alarms immediately alert the user of a dangerous gas condition.
The GasWatch 2 is controlled by a microprocessor for reliability and advanced capabilities. Some of these advanced capabilities include distinctive audible and visual alarms for dangerous gas conditions and malfunctions, a large digital readout with a manual backlight that also automatically lights in an alarm condition, as well as the display of PEAK, TWA, and STEL readings. The replacement sensors are inexpensive, easily field replaceable and have a life expectancy of about 2 years. Equipped with a watch band, optional belt clip or hard hat clip, the GasWatch 2 can be worn either on the wrist, belt, or hard hat.
The GasWatch 2 will operate for over 3000 hours on one battery (about 1 year normal use). And yes, the GasWatch 2 even tells the time!
RKI: 01 Series
Models OX-01, CO-01, HS-01, GP-01
Individuals need personal protection in hazardous areas at all times without adding extra bulky equipment, and the 01 Series can provide that kind of protection at an affordable price. The GP-01, OX-01, CO-01, HS-01 and HS-01S models are personal single gas monitors designed for personal protection from combustible hydrocarbons, oxygen deficiency, hydrogen sulfide, or carbon monoxide. Each model is controlled by a microprocessor for reliability and advanced capabilities. Each model can be operated continuously for at least 3,000 hours on (2) AAA size alkaline batteries except the GP-01, which operates for 16 hours. The 01 models have 2 preset alarms that are user adjustable and each version is also equipped with visual, audible, and vibration alarms as standard. The replacement sensors are inexpensive, easily field replaceable, have a life expectancy of 2 years, and are interchangeable with other RKI monitors such as the GX-2001, GX-2003, and GasWatch 2 models.
RKI: SCO1
Built around RKIs latest smart sensor technology, the SC-01 is a versatile single toxic gas monitor. The smart sensors are interchangeable, with the SC-01 automatically recognizing any sensor change without any set up or configuration changes. The sensors calibration information also stays with each sensor. Weighing only 7.6 ounces, it has many features which set it apart from the competition. For example, it offers sensors for Ammonia (NH3), Arsine (ASH3), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Chlorine (Cl2), Hydrogen Cyanide (HCN), Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), Phosphine (PH3), and Sulfur Dioxide (SO2). The SC-01s unique extender cable allows the sensor to be attached to the end of a 10 foot cable for remote monitoring and quick response.
The SC-01’s large LCD display shows the gas reading, battery level, current time, and will automatically backlight in alarm conditions. Standard alarm types include vibration, visual, and audible alarms that can be set to latching or self-resetting. Controlled by a microprocessor, the SC-01 continuously checks itself for sensor connections, low battery and circuit trouble. The batteries are simple to replace, requiring no tools to access the battery compartment. One set of AA alkaline batteries provides continuous operation for over 250 hours.
The SC-01 is equipped with datalogging capability as a standard feature which communicates through an IR port with an optional Windows¨ based datalogging software program. Calibration intervals and reminders are user adjustable and can be set to either go into alarm or to lock the user out of normal measurement mode once a calibration period has expired.
